We deliver Monday through Friday. Please email us BEFORE placing an order if you desire a weekend delivery.

We do not guarantee a weekend delivery unless agreed upon prior to the order.

We may deliver on weekends for special bulk preorder packages (i.e., midterm, finals). 

We have an online payments process and accept all major credit cards as well as Apple Pay.
Sale tax will be applied to your purchase at checkout.

Due to the freshness and short shelf-life of our products, we do not accept returns.  If you have a special circumstance, we will work with you!

We deliver within UVA grounds and surrounding areas, including student apartments and houses..

We have an "Under the Weather" package for sick loved ones. If you do not see what you had in mind in that package, we do custom orders where you may request items for delivery.  Pricing is dependent upon what you want to send and a quote will be emailed to you once we have received your purchase form.

We ask for 48 hours notice for custom orders to be delivered but recognize that with sickness, you may want it sooner.  Reach out - we will try to make it work for you!

WHAT IF MY LOVED ONE DOES NOT RESPOND OR CANNOT MEET FOR DELIVERY/PICKUP? 

When you purchase a package, we contact the recipient, alerting them about the gift and coordinating a date/time-frame/location they will be available for delivery/pickup.   

If we do not hear back from them after the three attempts, we will cease attempts without refund as most of our packages are food-based and cannot be resold.  We will remain at a location for 15 minutes and if no response to attempts, we will leave.  All unclaimed packages will be donated.
