WHAT ARE YOUR OPERATIONAL HOURS?

We are open for deliveries Monday through Friday. We will delivery on weekends for special bulk preorder packages (i.e., midterm, finals) as well as special order customs that we can accommodate. We do not guarantee deliveries for weekend.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We have an online payments process and accept all major credit cards as well as via Apple Pay.
Sale tax will be applied to your purchase at checkout.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We do not accept returns.  All gift packages are non refundable.

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?

We currently deliver only within UVA grounds and surrounding area within a two mile radius.

WHAT IF MY LOVED ONE IS SICK AND I WANT TO SEND THEM SOMETHING?

We have a custom order package! We understand people want to send their loved ones/friends feel good gifts when they are not feeling their best and we are here to help. Under our packages page, you will see an option for custom orders in which you will be able to request items for us to deliver.  Pricing is dependent on what you want to send and a quote will be emailed to you once we have received your purchase form. We ask for 48 hours notice for custom orders to be delivered but recognize that there may be times this isn't possible.  Reach out, we will try!

WHAT IF MY LOVED ONE DOES NOT SHOW UP TO PICK UP THE ORDER?

When you purchase a package, we will contact the recipient to coordinate a date/time-frame/location they will be available for pick up/delivery.   We will reach out alerting your recipient that a gift has been purchased for them and we will need to meet them for pick up the designated day.
We will attempt to contact them but if we do not hear anything from them after the third attempt we will cease attempts without refund as most of our packages are food-based and cannot be resold.  We will remain at location for 15 minutes and if no response to attempts, we will leave.  All unclaimed packages will be donated.
