WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Due to the freshness and short shelf-life of our products, we do not accept returns.  If you have a special circumstance, we will work with you!

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We have an online payments process and accept all major credit cards as well as Apple Pay.
Sale tax will be applied to your purchase at checkout.

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?

We deliver within UVA grounds and surrounding areas, including student apartments and houses.

WHAT ARE YOUR OPERATIONAL HOURS?

We deliver Monday through Friday (8am-6pm). Please email us BEFORE placing an order if you desire a weekend delivery.
We do not guarantee a weekend delivery unless agreed upon prior to the order.

We may deliver on weekends for special bulk preorder packages (i.e., midterm, finals).

WHAT IF MY LOVED ONE IS SICK AND I WANT TO SEND THEM SOMETHING?

Accepted Answer

We offer an "Under the Weather" package for sick loved ones. If you don’t see exactly what you want, we also do custom orders — just let us know what you’d like delivered. Pricing depends on your selections, and we’ll email you a quote after receiving your order form.
Please allow 48 hours for custom orders, though we’ll do our best to accommodate shorter notice when someone’s unwell. Reach out and we’ll try to make it work!

Question 6

WHAT IF MY LOVED ONE DOES NOT RESPOND OR CANNOT MEET FOR DELIVERY/PICKUP?

Accepted Answer

When you purchase a package, we contact the recipient, alerting them about the gift and coordinating a date/time-frame/location they will be available for delivery/pickup.

If we do not hear back from them after the three attempts, we will cease attempts without refund as most of our packages are food-based and cannot be resold.  We will remain at a location for 15 minutes and if no response to attempts, we will leave.  All unclaimed packages will be donated.
